Grid bot simulator: how would a buy ladder have done?
Pick a period and your ladder: buy on every fixed drop, sell each buy at a fixed profit, never at a loss. The simulator runs it on Bitvavo's real BTC-EUR daily prices (8 Mar 2019 to 5 Nov 2026).

How the simulator works
- On day 1 it buys one slice at the close. When the price drops one step below the lowest open buy, it buys the next slice, as long as slices are left.
- Each slice has its own sell limit at buy price plus the profit target. If the day's high reaches it, it is sold. Nothing is ever sold at a loss: a slice that isn't above its buy price yet simply waits. The money in those slices works again once they are sold.
- Everything sold? It buys back in at the next day's close.
- Simplified: daily candles (high, low, close), no slippage, a slice bought today can only sell tomorrow. The real bot works per minute with a depth budget and two ladders; see how it works.
- Results are history, not a forecast and not advice.
