Refund policy

Digital content

The build kit is a digital download. At checkout you ask for delivery to start immediately and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started, as EU rules for digital content allow.

When we refund anyway

If your download link doesn't work, the file is damaged, or you were charged twice, email info@mijnbitcoinstrategie.nl within 14 days of purchase with your order reference. If we can't fix it, you get a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, to the payment method you used. Paddle's buyer terms also apply. After a refund the download link stops working.
