Who is responsible
The Weekly 2% Edge, run from the Netherlands, contact info@mijnbitcoinstrategie.nl. We keep this page short because we collect little.
What we process
- Visiting the site. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and clicks. It processes pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
- Waiting list or weekly email. If you sign up, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider, Beehiiv, to send you those emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Buying the build kit. Paddle processes your payment as merchant of record under its own privacy notice. We receive your email address, country and the transaction reference, so we can send your download link and help you if something goes wrong. We never see your card details.
Why, and for how long
We use purchase data to perform the contract (delivering the kit), and analytics and newsletter data on the basis of our legitimate interest or your consent. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for delivery and support, and at most two years after the purchase unless the law requires longer. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@mijnbitcoinstrategie.nl. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
What we never do
We don't sell personal data and we don't publish anything about buyers.
